Product Summary

 

 

PremiereConferencing sets industry standards for customer service, quality, and reliability.  Three million conference calls and one billion minutes annually.  Unlike other providers, Premiere Conferencing has been focusing solely on conferencing services since 1984.

 

ReadyConference® is Premiere Conferencing's most popular audio conferencing product.  It is two products in one.  The same per-minute charge applies to either type of conference.

 

  1. Always Available.  Each moderator you designate is assigned his or her own always-available conference with its own unique toll-free number, moderator passcode, and participant passcode.  Whenever a conference is required the moderator simply tells the participants to call the number at a certain time and enter the passcode.  The number is always live and up to 75 participants can dial in at once.

Until the moderator enters the conference, participants cannot hear each other.  They are welcomed to the conference and hear music until the moderator enters the conference.  Through touch-tone codes, the moderator control the conference.  For example, the moderator can raise or lower the volume of the conference, call out and add additional participants or lock down the conference to prevent anyone else from dialing in.

 

Having trouble?  Or just have a question?  The moderator or any participant can dial *0 at any time to reach a Premiere Conferencing operator.  When the operator comes on the line you will consult privately with the operator and will return to the conference when the operator disconnects.

 

  1. Scheduled conferences.  Each moderator you designate also has access to a password-protected web page that allow him or her to schedule any number of separate conferences at scheduled times and with scheduled durations.  Each scheduled ReadyConference has its own unique toll-free number and passcodes.  When the conference is scheduled, the moderator can enter the e-mail addresses of the participants and Premiere Conferencing will automatically e-mail the date, time, number, and passcodes to the participants.

You don't have to run the show yourself.  When scheduling a conference, you can enter the e-mail address of another person to act as moderator for the scheduled conference.  the system will e-mail the acting moderator the moderator's passcode for this particular conference.

 

You don't need a computer to schedule a conference.  When you are on the road or simply can't get to a computer, call Premiere Conferencing's customer service operator and ask him or her to set up the scheduled conference for you.

 

Conferences can be rescheduled or canceled online.  There is no additional charge for setting up Schedule Readyconferences through the web site or via the operator.

 

Recording option.  One feature of Scheduled Readyconferences is the ability to record the conference.  You choose this feature when you schedule the conference.  When this feature is enabled, the toll-free number continues to accept calls for 10 days after the conference consludes.  Callers are asked to enter their participant passcode to hear a recording of the conference.

 

International local number access is now available in selected coutnries to further enhance the sound quality of our service.  Ask you Business Solutions & Services representative or a Premiere Conferencing operator for a list of cities and charges.

 

ReadyClick & Conferenceis a completely optional free Windows application for verteran conference moderators that gives the moderator complete control over a Readyconference and opens up additional conferencing features.  The program shows you in real-time each of the participants and show you via a blinking microphone icon who is talking.  You can independently adjust the speaking volume or mute each participant.  You also have the capability to drag-and-drop selected participants into sub-conferences so they can discuss things in private before returning to the main conference.  With Readyclick & conference you can pose questions to be answered by participants touching 1 through 9 on their touch-tone keypads and tabulate the answers on the Readyclick & Conference screen.

 

VisionCast® Meeting is Premiere's web collaboration product.  Use it in conjunction with a ReadyConference audio conference to, for example, show PowerPoint slides to the participants as you talk.  VisionCast is an enhance version of Placeware® and provides you with all the features of Placeware such as whiteboarding, the display of Word documents and Excel spreadsheets as well as PowerPoint presentations and views of your computer desktop and the ability to put questions to a vote and turn over presentation control from one participant to another.  There is an additional per-minute charge to use this service.  VisionCast Meeting records can be made for a fixed charge per meeting and a fixed per-replay charge.  No participant software is required.

 

ReadycastWeb Conferencing.  If you prefer WebEx style of visual collaboration, ReadyCast is our private-labled version of WebEx.  Everything you can do with WebEx is available to you.  There is an additional per-minute charge to use this service.  Particpants must install WebEx software to participate.

 

We add an invaluable additional feature to VisionCast and REadyCast:  Dial *0 during your conference and a Premiere Conferencing operator will come on the line to help you with any VisionCast feature for which you may have a question.

 

PremiereCall Auditorium™ Operator Assisted Conferencing is designed for 50 to 1000 participants.  It includes attendance tracking and recording options and the assistance of a skilled operator.  The operator joins the moderator(s) during a pre-conference to review call flow, gauge sound quality, make suggestions, announce the first speaker, manage scheduled or impromptu Q&A sessions and polling, and responds to participants' requests for assistance.  The Operator closes the call and can move the moderators into a sub-conference for private discussions.  Immediately after the conclusion, the hosts are sent an e-mail with a participant list.  These conference are scheduled through Premiere's Customer Service at least 48 hours in advance.  VisionCast can also be used with PremiereCall Auditorium to add visuals to your presentation.  Ask you business Solutions & Services representative for the per-minute charge for this offering.

 

PremiereCall Event™ and PremiereCall Connection™ are Premiere Conferencing's flagship products, providing Operator Assisted conferencing for any size conference.  Operators invite participants to the conference, usher participants onto the conference as they dial in, and call out to find stragglers.  A senior operator preps the moderators, announces the speakers, stands by for the entire conference and closes the conference.  As you Business Solutions & Services representative for the per-minute charge for these two offerings.  Many additional charge services are available before the call and during the call such as RSVP services, recruitment calls, reminder calls, consulting, comm. Lines, remote operators, AudioLink, custom hold music, advanced participant lists, recordings, translations and transcriptions.

 

Other Premiere Conferencing services include SoundCast® Audio Streaming, Soundbyte® Call Recording with feature-rish playback options, and Audio Production for PremiereCall Event and Connection such as consulting services, CD duplication, tape duplication, digital editing, broadcast messaging and creative services and fulfillment.  Whatever you need done can be done.  Just ask.
